I totally agree! I think we are, each of us, the authority on our own journey. This is less a hard and fast rule of things than theorizing based on my own experience and those I’ve been exposed to.

It would have helped me to understand there’s more than one type of general experience. If this serves someone to better understand their own journey, great! And whoever it’s doesn’t resonate for, that’s also great! They can just leave it.
